10 Tips to motivate yourself when you don’t like your job anymore

You don’t like your job, I get it. You don’t quit your job because it’s a well paid one and maybe your financial state it’s not that good.

So you are in the position when you are looking for a change (maybe starting a business on your own), but you must continue having this job.

I’ll give you 10 tips to help you motivate yourself every single day until your change will happen’

1. drink a good coffee (or tea) – you deserve a damn good coffee when you have to struggle to get things done

2. repeat to yourself every hour: “I’m a winner! I’m good! I deserve better!”

3. establish your goals every morning, everyday. One of them shoul be: “I want to arrive home calm.”

4. take some time to think about your plans for the future every day

5. savings! you already know that is the first thing you have to do when your salary comes. But prepare yourself for the time when you will need your savings. Find ways to reduce the costs.

6. organize yourself in order to have some free time for looking for new jobs, business opportunities

7. practice 5 to 10 minutes of breathing exercises

8. take a break! when you need a break, take it! go talk with nice poeple (there must be someone to talk to with during a break)

9. prepare yourself for failure! Failing is a way of getting to know your inner self better. Failing is a fine! Just keep follow your plans, identify your weaknesses, find solutions!

10. reward yourself! Rewards feel good!
