How difficult is to smile?

Sometimes, a smile can make your day! Do you enjoy seeing other people smiling?
Would you prefer to see people having a positive attitude, rather than a grumpy one?
Would you like to inspire confidence?

Personally, I love people who smile like all the time! That’s why I married one of them!

But am I doing the same thing? Am I smiling enough? What is enough for me?
So, here is my answer: I always smile with my heart and with my soul! This doesn’t mean that I have a large smile on my face all the time. I wish I had!

I think I have a big smile when I’m playing with my kid, when I meet people I love, when I feel great about myself.

What about you? Do you smile? Do you think a smile can help you become more appreciated by the people around you?

Mother Teresa was saying: “We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do.

Eating habits – Awareness

Do you know that this little story is an usual thing nowadays? When you have this kind of schedule, it’s very hard to change it. You need support, advices, ideas. You need peace, time to have a discussion with yourself and some organizing tools.

The first thing that you need to do is to take some time in order to identify what issues you have when it comes to food. Some of them would be:

1. The need to eat bread very often; if you don’t have bread at your meal, you will be hungry shortly after you have finished eating

2. Eating every time you are stressed, tired, anxious

3. No time to cook for yourself or for your family; you also don’t have time to make some exercise

4. No family’s support

5. You don’t have time to eat during the day, so you are eating very much when the night comes

6. Feeling depressed – food is the only thing that makes you feel better

7. Craving sweets every day, or even worse, every hour

8. You don’t like water, but you drink a lot of soda

9. Fruits and vegetables are not a part of your daily meal plan

10. Not getting enough sleep so you eat more than it’s necessary to have energy

All these habits are part of our lifes. You don’t have to feel guilty for having them, you just have to be aware of them. When you want to change
your life starting with your diet, then this is the first thing to do. Awareness!

So sit down, take your agenda and a pen, and write down everything. Write down your bad eating habits. No one will check you or note you, so be honest with yourself! Try to think at how your day goes. Analyze your actions and wrie down the things that you feel that are not good for your body, nor for your health.

How important is self-discipline?

Have you noticed the way our babies impose their point of view?

They have their own way of treating with adults. When they want something, they are continously trying to achieve that something! They are a real example of self-confidence! They are babies, I know, they need us to help them learn new things; we are responsible of our children. But let’s face it! We also have much to learn from them!

A while ago, I’ve started to pay attention of my baby girl schedule. Her own schedule! She developed a really nice schedule without our help!Amazing!
1. Every morning she wants to paint! And she says: “It’s time for painting!” – she doesn’t even know what time it is! She just know that it’s time for painting!
2. Every day, after her nap, she knows she wants to draw! And she doesn’t want to go for a walk before drawing. Her explanation: “We go outside after we finish drawing!”. And after she finish her “drawing”, we can go outside.

Have I told you that she has two years old?!

These are her own rules. She can always choose to do something else, but painting and drawing are her favorite activities, almost like a necessity.
