Eating habits – what’s wrong?!

The day began,  you are so sleepy that you go almost with your eyes closed to your coffee maker, and before you wash your face you already finished drinking your coffee.

You don’t have time for breakfast so you grab your keys, phone…and go to your 9-5 job. Oh, you lucky one! You sit on your chair thinking about another coffee and what a wonderful colleague would be the one who will bring some doughnuts, pretzels or maybe some sandwiches at the office.

With so much work to do you will have enough stress on your head so you don’t really have much time to eat, so the pretzels are still your best friends!…

No way! OMG!!!

 

It’s time to go home! You have to take your kids from school and maybe go to the gym, cook something, take a bath and ..yeah, the most pleasant moment of the day is here: you can eat! enough for the entire day! Yummy! All those goodies near you, are just too delicious to refuse! And you really didn’t had time to eat today so you deserve them! In maximum a half an hour you will be in bed, dreaming. Finally relaxed, finally alone with your thoughts….

What a great day!
