Oshawa challenge

It’s really a challenge for me since I’m not very comfortable with diets. I’ve followed Oshawa diet(number 7) in the past and it was a very good choice at that moment – I was staying home with my baby girl so I was having all the time to cook and to sleep. I lost 7 pounds at that first round and I felt amazing. I’ve decided to start the second round of Oshawa diet and I prepared myself through self-coaching.

Preparation:

– reading the principles of Oshawa diet

– buying the cereals

– meditation to gain patience and strength, and also to suppress the negative energy around me

– planning my meals, finding recipes

Day 1:

I’ve started my day with 5 minutes of meditation. It’s very important for me to meditate because it helps me keeping my focus and find my resources and energy to sticks to the plan. I’ve already eaten twice so for now it is everything fine.  I feel good and without cravings. The only thing that bothers me..is not having any coffee through the day.

Update: The day is almost over and I have a headache, my stomach is not feeling very well and I’m very dizzy. Looking forward for tomorrow.

Day 2:

I didn’t had time for meditation since I woke up late this morning. The headache from the first day kept me awake during the night, but in the morning I felt better. I tried to not fall asleep doing my job and to keep my concentration on modeling a framework, talking with business users… very hard, believe me! However, day 2 it’s over!

Day 3:

The scale was so friendly with me today! 1.5 pounds lost during the first two days. It is weekend and it feels so good to know you’re home and you can sleep…It feels good, baby!

Day 4

I couldn’t resist and I check the numbers on the scale again! And they made me happy again!I’m still loosing weight which is so great! As you can see I’m very glad that I’ve started the Oshawa diet. I am not very hungry…. maybe because the food is so nourishing…. not sure, but I’m satisfied by this feeling. Today my kid put some ice cream in my hand and I took a bite just to make her happy and to show her that I’m grateful because she shared it with me. I haven’t felt any guilt. Why not?! Because I’m very determined!
